hi new to the forum hopefully someone can help me with a problem, so il start with whats happening!

since IE7 has taken over from IE6 i can not copy and paste in certain areas, also the biggest problem is if i go to upload pictures there is NO browse button, so i can not go in to my computer to collect pictures, and collect IMG tags etc, another problem is i cant download anything, from files-spyware and the like, whats going on

i have gone to control panel-add removal programs and tried to remove IE7 to see if it clears the problem, when its copying files i get this error on screen..

setup cannot copy the file ieeula.chm

ensure that the location specified below is correct, change it and insert windows nt service pack uninstall directory in the drive you specify so how do i locate the nt servic pack uninstall directory as iv searched the pc but to no avail

im getting a new PC but would like this problem resolved, many thanks

From within IE7, go to Tools and click Menu bar. You should be able to do what you like then.

That file you are try to dlete is the EULA (End User License Agreement)

Hi thanks for your reply, problem i have is there is no tool bar in IE7 its missing

I did not say "ToolBar" I said "Tools" at the far right.

Try Firefox 2. Make sure you don't import your IE settings.

all of a sudden i cant get on IE7 ie

page wont load, i have even tried downloading firefox 2 and as soon as i click on dowload the blue load bar flashes and thats it.

same as any download i try to open, it does nothing, thanks for all your help, i shall just go and burn the PC
