IE 6 and favorites that won't work

I have a couple of users who's favorites no longer work. They were working fine, now they don't. Clicking on them doesn't navigate anywhere, right clicking and selecting open doesn't navigate anywhere. Anybody have any ideas what's wrong and how to fix it?

Do they remember what happened right before the Favorites wouldn't work any more?
