I can only have one IE 5 running at a time, if I click on the IE 5 Icon after that -nothing happens. Any help would be appreciated.

sounds odd.... here you are
Tools/Internet Options/Advanced/ put a check in ~Reuse Windows for Launching Shortcuts~

Also make sure that "Enable page transitions" and "Reuse windows for launching shortcuts" are checked too.
