I recieved am xbox 360 a couple days ago and I don't want to slap down 100 bones on a wireless adapter for it, so I was hoping I could just hard wire it to my PC which has a wireless card using ICS.

DSL > WIRELESS ROUTER > PC > XBOX 360

The problem is, when the Wired LAN connection is Enabled I can no longer use the internet on the Wireless connection. It still says I am recieving a signal though. I tried bridging the two and I get the same problem. I figured it had something to do with my Wireless Card but I'm not very experienced with this stuff. A little bit of help would mean a lot, thanks.

Welcome, fistertain. Please post an ipconfig /all for one or both of the problem times and tell us whether it is for ICS or the bridge.

Open a Command window via Start - Run - cmd - OK.

In the window type
ipconfig /all

right click in the window and select 'select all' and then hit the Enter key.

You can then paste the results directly to a post here (after regaining your internet connection) or to a Notepad file for later copying.

By the way, the ethernet cable between PC and xbox must be a cross-over cable unless one of the ethernet ports is auto-sensing (MDI/MDIX).
