I need help with PSW-x. Vrius Trojan

I seen to be having that same problem with this virus as other people on here and the answer seems to be similar in all cases but you guys are having people send in results of scans (which mean nothing to me). Can I get some assistance please, Thank you.

Hey,
Are we still working on this? I have not heard from you since I ran the last search.....is my machine screwed for good? Let me know what to do next to solve this if possible. Thanks for your help.
Ok...I just tried to run my computer on safe mode. Problem is that our computers are all on a server and when i go to safe mode it no longer accepts my log on name and pass word. I think the "administrator" should be able to log on still but she is home today (it snowed here and she lives out in the country so she gets a sick day). If there is a way around this let me know.....if not I will have to wait until tommarow morning to run the "cleaner". Once again, thanks for the support.
