I Need Help With Geocities!!!

I'm making a website on geocities and want to insert music. It only supports .wav and .midi so I converted an MP3 to .wav. When I try to upload it it just keeps loading and never finishes. Did I do something wrong? Any tips?

the upload is probaly timing out. Try making the wav smaller.
