I just want to set up a new streaming PC

I was hoping to find online screenshare assistance because I don't fully trust my technical skills to get my system to run as perfect as i would like.
This is a refurbished computer and I really need to use it from streaming, however Windows 10 has decided that I can't use 3rd party software or custom CSS, or well... anything really
I really need help with issues so I'll start from initial setup a list of issues I NEED corrected.

Issue 1: On initial computer installation it wouldn't let me rename my user profile and named it "caref" instead of "me"
This has caused me to try to fix the issue myself by remanimg the file and a couple registry items, but there are still user profile issues.
The fix worked to set up Streamlabs but there are still user issues in the registry based on the way the profile is acting.

2: I installed VB-Virtual Audio Cables and activated it through "listen to the device" in recording, which worked, until windows updated and broke all functionality it has which makes it pointless.

3: I installed 3 custom CSS fonts that I have to use, they look great and fit the theme for my stream layout
Unfortunately Windows Update also broke all my custom fonts and I can't install new ones now

4: Streamlabs OBS isn't letting me run multiple cameras i need to figure that out, side issue.

5: PREVENT WINDOWS FROM CHANGING MY STREAMING PRESETS THIS IS A NEW COMPUTER AND I BOUGHT IT FOR THIS PLEASE WINDOWS

If anyone can help or direct me to someone who can find and correct my issues I would really appreciate it.

Please create a new "Local Administrator" account (without MS account) by following bellow link:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us...-create-a-local-user-or-administrator-account

Try to reproduce your problem with the new account, see if things work well in new account.

I'm not sure about the rest of your post, but usually when windows update break something you want to reinstall the broken program or driver.

For streaming you want to make sure appropriate firewall outbound or inbound ports are open if needed.
Simply test by disabling firewall.
... Windows 10 has decided that I can't use 3rd party software ...
I don't suppose this is in Windows 10 S Mode?

To confirm, type winver in the search bar and a box will show the version of Windows. If it has S Mode in it, then that's why you cannot use programs... you are forced to use WIndows Store.
