From what I can tell VORPX is a 3D driver that helps non 3D games work with VR systems. Since you didn't specify what antivirus program you have, I can't say for certain the steps you need to take, but you should be looking for a whitelist or exception list to place this file. Some AV will allow you to mark the file as safe.
