I just had my computer in the shop, I lost all my files due to some bad drives and viruses. The Tec replaced the drives, and removed all the issues I had, however my computer was like a brand new one, I have to reloaded all of my programs. I have most of them on and they work fine however, my I Clone 6 is now not opening. When I first downloaded it , it worked fine, now however it states that the internet has failed, although the internet is on. What can I do to fix this issue? Some one please help!

It is now on v 7

If you used the trial, it is only good for 30 days. If you purchased the program, contact support.

Disable Kaspersky and see if that helps.

Why does it need a internet connection?
I assume all other internet functions (Web, email, games, etc) is working fine?
Just because you disable Kaspersky, does not mean the protected setting have been turned off.

I would say that this program is being blocked by Kaspersky. You need to go to the list of "Blocked" programs and if it is on the list remove from the list.

I didn't think of this since i have rarely had to deal with personal security programs. DaveA is correct, sometimes you would have to uninstall completely to remove any blocks but certainly check the blocked area first.
