Ok .. the past several days I am getting absolutely bombarded with SPAM. I know its some sort of a virus, I'll get maybe 30 mails a day all with a 1 or 2 word subject and a file attachment. I delete and block them all obviously but I really think its something to do with my machine.

My address is a POP3 for my domain, SHALIK.COM. I'll get tons of mails from "[email protected]", all these bogus accounts saying there's trouble with my account, i need to download a patch, whatever... total bs, i just want to know why I'm getting it and how to stop it.

Any clues ?

it's one of the new viruses that spoofs email adresses and unfortunately someone you know is infected, and it has taken your email adress from his/her machine and is bomabarding you

all you can do is make sure your antivirus is kept right up to date and delete all the mails.

make sure you haven't been infected by
