My System is windows XP professional, Internet explorer 7. I cannot connect to any site with iinternet explorer. I recieve the http 403 forbidden message. Internet explorer was working fine and suddenly last week I have this problem. I have no problems connecting to any site with firefox. I apparently need internet explorer in order to recieve update files for Avast antivirus.
