I have a problem each time I shut down my computer with 2 programs from HP.. at each shut down I get {' end program.. hpqtra08.exe ... and ... end program hpcmpmgr.exe"} both then get a pop up saying.."program can not complete because computer is shutting down"...this happens each time and all I can do is hit end now manually and then the computer shuts down completes..how do I fix this??..I considered unistalling HP and then reinstalling.. will this help ??.. and how do I do this??..please help..

i took off the e-mail .. thanks.. I have hp1300 all in one ...and yes I just installed IE7 .. but it was happening before that
