Welcome to TSG....

First thing is you have got to remove the email address from the post it will help in reducing spam and also it is against the rules here at TSG....

Second We will need some system specs and what HP programs that you have installed lately and also did you install IE7?

Try this:

http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm

Line 76, right side, click on "Auto End Tasks to enable a proper shutdown"

Right click on the downloaded .reg file and select "Merge"

Always backup your registry first just in case, although I've never had a problem with kellys-korner fixes.

hi.if u r getting this message for these two files u can try to execute them >:
the path is as follows>
Run the file C:\Program Files\HP\Digital Imaging\bin\hpqtra08.exe(printer cd should be in the computer)
in the bin folder u will find the file hpcmpmgr.exe execute that as well and these might help u in getting rid of that message >
