I use an HP pavilion laptop with a default HDD installed. I recently installed an SSD in the m.2 slot and migrated the OS.
But in the boot menu, it does not show the option to change the boot order.... to be specific the SSD in the m.2 slot does not appear in the os boot order.
While booting the PC BIOS looks for the OS in the HDD and throws an error.
Right now I am using the OS through the F9 key, and loading OS manually from the SSD.
In the beginning, it seemed good but later when the PC tried to install an update it would restart and automatically install the update on HDD.
Can't even work it out with customer care as my extended warranty package has expired.
Model HP Pavilion 15-ec0100ax
SSD WD Blue SN570 NVMe SSD 250Gb
SSD frameware version 234110WD
OS Windows 11 Home Single Language
