Hp notebook no longer starts after suddenly shut down

Laptop shows no display after sudden reset, power/ charger lights and fan working and no signs of startup, fan starts loud then goes quiet. Battery started presenting issues (601) and ran out of energy after minutes if no plugged in, back when it worked it shut down twice then the third time it did not turn on normally. If i hold the power button to reset it flashes with a blank screen. I have tried to remove the battery and press the button with multiple periods and not worked, also tried to start on safe mode but none of the keys do anything, only thing that seemd to do any effect is start windows + B bios what makes the second light next to power one to blink yet screen not turn on, also the mouse red bottom light rapidly flashes but i'm not sure if that's normal on boot

Does your laptop have an vga jack, if so plug in an external monitor. It is very difficult to test things when you can't see what you are doing.

How do I start Windows 10 in Safe Mode?
  1. Click the Windows-button → Power.
  2. Hold down the shift key and click Restart.
  3. Click the option Troubleshoot and then Advanced options.
  4. Go to "Advanced options" and click Start-up Settings.
  5. Under "Start-up Settings" click Restart.
  6. Various boot options are displayed. ...
  7. Windows 10 starts in Safe Mode.

Hello i'm back after ordering a vga jack to try with a monitor and tv, but neither of those worked. I assume the laptop doesn't reach the loading screen with the HP logo to be able to show in the monitor. I would like to know if there is a way the flashing power off from the bad battery messed with the software and some solution thanks for the reply.
Can't work without a working display. Take it to a repair shop.
