i would go to their site for support but even the knowledge base requires that you have a paid support contract with them. I'll try the firmware and see if that helps. I wasn't sure if settings like Lines per Inch or Characters per inch would cause this problem, or if it could be a font I need to install in the printer or what. Its got me fairly baffled, and I fix pc's for a living, things don't usually shake me like this one has. Printer emulation isn't one of my strong suits : ( Any other ideas are appreciated, I hadn't thought of the firmware in the printer... will try that tomorrow...
