I just want to restart my pc to make it work again

Oh okay, when it happened it was windows 8.1
What's the model name and complete model number of your HP?
What's the exact serial number(S/N) and product number(P/N) on it?

OK, I've moved your thread from Software Development to the Windows 8 section.

P/N: J8E0EA#UUW
S/N: CND4260YQ0

The only o is in the no

I'm not sure about the model name.
But it might be: OA04 notebook ...

The product number and serial number that you submitted are "not found", so you apparently made some typos.
According to the model number that you submitted, you have a HP 15-r067no Notebook PC (J8E07EA) which originally came with Windows 8.1 64-bit.

If you've been having an update issue with it since last May (10 months ago), it may need a reinstall and fresh start.

And how do I do that.
That HP laptop should have a built-in partition that allow you to reset it back to its original new condition.
The "Troubleshooting" and "How to" sections in its support site should be helpful to you.

Just in case you decide to make the switch in the future, that HP laptop has full driver support for Windows 10 64-bit.
