W-XP. Saved pictures in (My pictures folder ) keep reproducing for no reason.

When i save a picture then go to my pictures to view it. as many as 40 or 50 of the same picture are showing.


How can i prevent this from happening ?.

maybe a virus or something?

Have you tried using SPYBOT, AD-AWARE and HIGHJACKTHIS?

I don't think so. I use all of the above.

hmm...check in your folder options and see if there is an option for not reproducing pictures. or run in a command line /SFC SCANNOW
