I have two issues first is how to factory reset a windows tablet or reinstall the OS from scratch? And the other is where can I get the correct usb drivers to do this via my PC and not through the tablet itself? I tried contacting Hipstreet support but got no response and after searching it seems to be a recurrent theme for their support to ignore such requests. And after countless searching and sifting through lots of results I have found nothing that has any other answers than "insert a windows dvd" which a tablet doesn't have, or "As it's an Android tablet... blah blah", which it isn't, and other extremely retarded answers that look like they were generated by bots or people that are having difficulty recovering from a stroke or a serious head injury.
Assume that I have no way to access the device via a fully booted OS so using Start, Settings, etc... aren't an option. My only option is to use a computer to reinstall the OS. It is partially bricked and I cannot get it to boot to much else but automatic repair which fails miserably. I don't know how to boot to the BIOS or its equivalent or if there is a recovery partition with the OS on it like laptops have or not. I have tried many different combinations of vol up down holding tiny reset button etc... and haven't gotten very far just to the automatic repair option.
