How to move WinXP MCE 2002 SP2 Swap and Hibernation file to new volume

I have a sony VAIO System running WinXP MCE 2002 - SP2 and it came configured with a drive partitioned in 13 GB and 150 GB partitions. I have since added a Maxtor 500 GB drive. I am looking to move the swap file and 'Hibernate' save file from the C: Drive to another volume as I have very little room on the C: \drive. Anyone know how to accomplish this ?

The page file can be moved from Control Panel > System > Performance Settings > Advanced Tab > Virtual Memory > Change

The hibernate file can't be moved since it must be in the root of the boot drive.

You can also save space by moving your TEMP/TMP settings to another drive, shrinking the size of your recycle bin, shrinking the size of the System Restore folders, moving your browser Temporary Internet cache to another drive.

And, if you never use the hibernation feature, diabling it will allow will return that space.
