HELP!!! I am new to here but need help bad. A bunch of programs downloaded themselves to my computer last week. I deleted most of them as I found instructions on the net on how to except for one. Synchronization manager. I have never downloaded it or seen it on my computer before until after this night. What is it and how do I get rid of it? IT does not appear in my add/remove window.

Synchronization manager is a windows component. Where are you seeing it that you think you shouldn't?
On the IE toolbar, click tools>synchronize and uncheck the items on log on/log off tab. Remove any entries on the scheduled tab. Reboot.
Should have added, if you don't have Spybot and Ad-aware, install, immediately update and run. Delete all they find.
You're welcome. Glad you got it worked out and thanks for posting back. :)
