I just redid my Windows XP, but I keep getting those stupid White Bubbles that pop up and tell you what things do, if you know what I am talking about. I remember last time I got rid of them, it was very complicated...can someone please help? Thanks!

To turn off balloon tips in applications that support XP Themes:

Start Regedit

Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced\

Create a DWORD value of EnableBalloonTips

Give it a value of 0
