Windows 2000 server comes with IIS, which is a web server.

Personally, I'd go with Apache. Now that we know what you really want to do, we can probably offer more constructive advice. :)

I understand that there is security Risks that go along with trying to create this server but I just thought it would be worth to try. Since I more or less will be the host of my own Website I need a direct connection to the Internet and Always on of Course! Am I able to have this behind a router or do I need to make the Web Server the Router?
