I jsut installed a new cdrw on my computer and its showing up in my devices only under usb controllers and hard disk controllers but not in cdrom or in my computer. i was told by iomega to go into bios and go into usb legacy support and disable it,but how do i get into bios? i have windows 98 second edition

there are a few methods depending on your motherboard ...reboot and at the first screen , start tapping " delete " quickly until the bios screen appears...if no go on delete try , f1,f2, and then f10 ...if none of these work , post the model you have ....

ok i got it to open,and i think the people at iomega are complete morons because they are not helping at all. i have a usb predator iomega cd-rw i installed the adaptec software,the drivers,and the update module. Now when i go into my device manager under usb controllers my iomega shows up with no conflicts as goes with the hard disk controllers,iomega is present with no conflicts.My problem is its not showing up in "my computer" as a new drive. Why? i have uninstalled and reinstalled the software and drivers 3 times already and i had this on my computer before but i recently reformated.
