I have tried device management, but I can't find it in there.
it is called
[c:\program files (x86)\razer\rzs3wizardpkg]

Hello yeetyeet! Welcome to the forum!

I moved your question to a better forum. I guessed it was Windows 10. But please let me know if it's another Operating System.

Then look for the mouse device and uninstall it.
Restart you machine and it then should default to the Windows mouse driver.

Thanks! So, I solved this issue by reinstalling razer (because I initially removed the files from where the unassigned driver was located, but it did not remove the driver for some reason), and then removing it again. I also looked for all drivers in device management that said razer and uninstalled them. Still have no idea why this was so difficult and how it makes any sense, but hopefully this can help someone else someday :).
