How do I save and print text messages?

However the Phone Link app is installed on 10 and 11 by default

As you can see it is also installed on some Samsung phones, I do not know if it is on yours
Basically you follow this
Step 1. Run the apps on your Android phone and Windows system simultaneously to allow you to sync the devices. (Follow the instructions as they appear).

Step 2. On the main interface, tap on the Messages link and choose the printouts you want.

Step 3. At the right-side pane, the messages of the Android will appear. Here you can take the screenshot as needed to get them printed.

I have a Samsung S21 5G phone. I also use Phone Link to view messages on my PCs with Windows 10 and 11.
