How did the Bigfoot saga end? they still take money from me

I was a user of bigfoot 'for life' email address. I stopped using it a couple of years ago when the service became unreliable. And I see there was an active thread here last year on the same topic.
I can't log on to the web site any more, and any contact with the customer services goes unanswered.
However, they are still claiming the $9.95 per quarter from my credit card for their premium service.
After I exhausted all other channels, I asked my credit card company to reject the payment. They agreed, and refunded the money to me, then followed up with a message a few weeks later to say that my dispute had been accepted by the retailer. I thought I had achieved was closure.
But, 3 months later, another debit appears on my statement. Will I have to call my credit card company ever 3 months for eternity to cancel these claims? Will Bigfoot ever die?

i would call your credit card company and have that conversation with them, and also ask them to not accept any future requests for funds
To add, contact BBB as well since they are still taking payments to they should still be an active business.

Well, I like many others have tried to do that, but there is just no response.
"If they are still taking payments they should still be an active business"...true, but if they are still taking payments but are not providing the service, then that may count as fraud. At the very least there should be a way for me to cancel my subscription. I've yet to achieve that
The credit card company should be able to deal with all of that
discuss with the CC company
You can't even get to the website? The credit card company should have contact info. But I would think an active email company billing you still has a web site with contact info.
