hover mode in Windows 10 is frustrating every suggestion we see we try but it won't turn off and it is infuriating if it opens everything all the time please help us we looked at all forums can't seem to get it solved any suggestions would be helpful.

Is the system set to use a "Single" click in lieu of a "Double" click?
