Is anyone familiar with these programs? If so, after scanning with them what do you do with the things found after scanning? I assume delete but I can't find the options to do it. Can someone please help me out.

if you mean http://housecall.trendmicro.com/ free online scan then it will delete what is found but it does take along time and once selected to scan your system best left alone till its done
