Hosting a domain with DS Lite and RPi

Hello,
I wanted to start a new project for myself to get familiar with networking, databases and so on. For that i wanted to get a domain and host it on my Raspberry Pi Zero.
The problem is that my ISP only provides me with DS Lite. I would like to know if it's possible for my Pi to act as a webserver despite DS Lite? And if so, how would i do that?

I've also tried portmapping the Pis IPv6 via feste-ip.net but that didnt work either. Nor did their DNS service work properly...
The only other solutions I've heard of are getting a VPS to forward the connection (which kind of destroys the purpose of letting my Pi host the domain when i can just let the VPS do it...) or finding a tunnel broker for IPv6 -> IPv4 which i wasnt able to find yet.

Raspberry Pi Zero (Raspbian)
CBN CH7466CE router from Vodafone
Strato domain

There are a ton of resources out there that can explain this better than me but from what I've gathered so far DS Lite (short for Dual Stack Lite) is a transition mechanism to spread IPv6 addresses since IPv4 are getting scarce. For now this mechanism is only unidirectional meaning that the NAT only translates IPv6 to IPv4 for outgoing traffic. Thats not the case for incoming traffic since the translation is ambiguous (I think?) and therefore IPv4 (the old internet, especially mobile internet) cant get access to devices in an IPv6 environment, resulting in a 503 HTTP error (for me at least) when trying to access my domain that is linked to my RPi with my phone on mobile data.

The only solutions I've seen so far - as I already mentioned - are getting either a VPS or a tunnel broker. Either way, the solution has to come outside of my own network it seems.

Hello! Hope you are doing well.
Yes you can easily start your project which is familiar with networking. Many people doing jobs in networking just like Gizmoservers it is the best server hosting provider company. But first i want to know that what is DS LITE? Really i am listening this name first in my life.
