how to get rid of an undesired homepage that load each time
u turn on your PC? ( tools-options-address ... works only if you stay on... if u turn off and on your PC the damn page is back again!

Sounds like a home page hijack and you probably have a few other spyware or adware things that have invaded your PC as well. You need to run cwshredder and then hijack this. Both apps can be found here:

my spyhunter don,t let me see the full address of a porn dialer in my registry. How can I get the full address to be able to erase it myself?

Someone correct me if I'm mistaken here. I'm assuming the dialup prog. was blasted and you now have just the listing of it hanging around. This is how to remove orphaned listings in ADD/REMOVE programs list via a registry tweak.[1st backup your registry or create a restore point]
now go to start/run/ type regedit,then navigate through folders starting from:-
HKEY_LOCAL MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\WINDOWS\CURRENT VERSION\UNINSTALL
then expand the listings and right click the porno-entry in the left pane~ select Delete, and reboot

Post your Hijackthis log and we should be able to see the dialer on it
