I am not sure where to go for this question. I have a Dell, windows XP. I have been having tons of trouble lately logging on to the internet. When I type in "run" and ipconfig, I am connected to my internet. But, when I click on internet explorer tells me page cannot be displayed. Also, I cannot connect to my AOL. My firewall screen has a bunch of "attempted" connections to a port "UDP" and usually 0.000.000.000. ANy clues as I am lost in the sauce here. Thanks in advance.. ALso, I am unable to do system restore.... is says "not completed"

You'd probably be better of starting in the Security Forum and having them help you remove all the spyware from your computer as that is what is most likely causing your problems.
