One of my users has been having problems with virus infections, email server timeouts and duplicate email since returning from vacation.

I have cleaned all virus infections and implemented AVG anti virus and Spybot but his server and dup'd email problems continue.

I ran HJT and am posting the log and startup list in the hope that someone might see something that could be causing his problems.

Thanks

I also recognized the presence of Netsky.P from the log and ran the removal tool available from the Symantec website. It said there was no infection. When I restarted the system FVPROTECT was still running so I renamed the file and rebooted. It doesn't start anymore.

Well you should delete the file and also look in HKLM, SW, M$, Windows, current version, Run and remove the registry key.
More info This gives you info on more files to delete if present. It may have only been present in Temp Internet files, but if you scan the machine for Harry*.* and come up with anything those folders will hold 82 files each which you can remove.

I just wanted to mention that you're using an older version of Hijack This. Perhaps it would be a good idea to update to the 1.97.7 version and post another log just in case there is something else.
