My IE keeps getting hijacked no matter how many times I run adaware spybot and hijack this. When I run all these and HJT last I delete everything except two that I know are needed. but still my browser keeps getting set to a search engine everytime I load and my HJT log just refills with the same stuff.

The only ones I keep are the Nwiz and NVCplDaemon entrys because I have been told they are for vid card, never had a problem before and always kept those two. why does all the rest keep coming back even after a fresh cleaning of all the programs?

Download and run CWshredder from http://www.thespykiller.co.uk/
And remember to click "Fix" (Not "Scan only")
After its done its thing hit the"How do i prevent reinfection" tab....
In particular pay attention to the patches for the operating system regarding the ByteVerify vulnerability which is how you got infected in the 1st place.

Re-boot after and post another log.

This is my HJ log after I ran CWshredder but I have previously ran that program and it fixed about 18 files and I still had the problem after I opened IE about 3 times. The fixes seem to be temporary with it however I havent had the hijack take place for a day and a half now so something did work. I ran CWshredder just now it said it was clean. Microsoft says there are no updates for my computer. I think it is fixed but I dont know when or what did it or if it is still there just not showing itself.

Thank you for the replys and the bumbs! I appreciate the help a lot!
