History and Bookmarks not functional (Comodo Icedragon)

I am using Comodo Ice dragon browser on my Vaio laptop. I know I haven't downloaded any updates. However, just today 3/3/20, I open up my laptop as usual, when I opened up the Comodo Ice dragon browser, a message popped up stating: "History and Bookmark system will not be functional because one of Ice dragon's files is being used by another application. Some security software can cause this problem". I don't know what to do to retrieve back the history and bookmarks. I haven't backup on any of them. I only backup what was on my desktop. This is the first time I encountered this problem. Also I searched for solutions online, however it keeps going back to the same solution but for the Firefox browser. I need answers as to how to resolve this problem.

It seems that I was able to resolve getting back onto my desktop, however the history and bookmark system not being functional is still being a pain in the buttocks. Can anyone please guide me step by step as to how to resolve this problem?

I am using Icedragon browser. I am not a computer geek.
I've merged your new thread into the existing one which is still relevant. Please do not start more than one thread for the same issue.
Dang that, the bookmark problem isn't going away. I don't know what to do. Anyone please help?
