Restart to safe mode.

How to start your computer in safe mode

First in safe mode click on My Computer. Go to Tools > Folder Options. Click on the View tab and make sure that "Show hidden files and folders" is checked. Also uncheck "Hide protected operating system files" and "Hide extensions for known file types" . Now click "Apply to all folders"
Click "Apply" then "OK"

Now find and delete:

The C:\Program Files\MySearch folder
C:\Program Files\Internet Optimizer folder
C:\Program Files\Common files\updater folder
C:\WINDOWS\System32\euedlcmv.exe file
C:\WINDOWS\System32\SahAgent.exe file
c:\windows\system32\msbb.exe file
C:\WINDOWS\nyp.exe file

Come back here and post another log please.

The log is clean now.

To make sure those files are gone do this:

Got to Start > Run and type in cmd

This will open a command shell. In the command window copy and paste the following commands one at a time exactly as the appear below and hit the Enter key after each one:

del C:\WINDOWS\System32\euedlcmv.exe

Hit Enter

del C:\WINDOWS\nyp.exe

Hit Enter

You really need to trim down some of those startups too.

Remove unnecessary startups

This should be done through the System Configuration Utility. Go to Start > Run and type in msconfig.
Click OK or hit the Enter key.

Click on the "Startup" tab and remove the check by the items that you have determined are unnecessary. Click "Apply" then "Close"

You will be prompted to restart. Go ahead and restart.

Upon restart you will be confronted with a dialogue box warning about running in selective startup. Just ignore that message and put a check in the box by "Don't show me this message or launch the System Configuration Utility when Windows starts" and click "OK". You will not be bothered by the message again.

Keep in mind that some entries will be re-enabled in the startups each time you use that particular program. Therefore, you will have to find the option in that programs preferences that says something like "Load with Windows" or "Run when Windows Starts" and disable that option.
