I've been trying to run hijack this but the problem I'm having is before it finishes scaning it lockes up any ideas on how some one can help me on this?????
Is there a free registry cleaner out there that is (easy) to run

Why are you trying to run Hijack This? What problem are you having?

Try running it in safe mode and post the log here.

Click here for info on how to boot to safe mode if you don't already know how.

my computer is coming up and saying an oe has occurred.also when i try to run v1.99.1 hijack this it gets to around 015 trusted sites ***** and lockes up .then i have to end task it to get out of the program . ive tryed to run it in safe mode but it does the same thing it just lockes up.ive run ccleaner,spybot search&destroy,ad-aware SE,antivir guard,spyware guard,spyware blaster,host manager

Run ActiveScan online virus scan here

When the scan is finished, anything that it cannot clean have it delete it. Make a note of the file location of anything that cannot be deleted so you can delete it yourself.
- Save the results from the scan!

Post the results from ActiveScan
