Hijackthis log

I've scanned with both add aware and spybot and erased everything they found (icluding a keylogger.... *******s)

Anyways My computers been playing up lately and im sure its some sort of script or spyware (prolly not a virus).

It closes my AV (NAV 2003) on startup, i can't open ctrl+alt+del or msconfig or regedit.

They appear on the screen for a sec then vanish.

I even tried changing regedit to a COM file to see if that wurked... no luck...
Anyways here is a hijackthis log.

Hopefully ull be able to help me find the problem.
Also it would be nice if there were any other smaller problems that i should remove.
