Actually thjs particular "search hook" entry is a legitimate Microsoft one:

{CFBFAE00-17A6-11D0-99CB-00C04FD64497}

However the registry entry appears to be damaged by a CoolwebShredder infection which adds the underscore _ to the end of the line.

I don't know why you would have trouble deleting it if the CWShredder.exe has been run and the system rebooted afterwards.

Try running the CoolWebshredder again.

I would also recommend you update IE to IE6SP1, this may replace the line permanently since it is really a part of IE but shouldn't be showing in the Scanlog like that.
I don't know if this will work if HijackThis isn't doing it, but try running regedit

Collapse the file tree completely so that just "my computer" is showing. Select Edit > Find and enter:

{CFBFAE00-17A6-11D0-99CB-00C04FD64497}_

be sure the underscore "_" is a part of the Search string and do not delete any "hits" that do not have that, or they will be MS entries.

Hit Find, right click on and delete any hits for the above. Hit f3 to continue searching and doing the same until the search is complete.

Then go to Internet Options > Programs tab and hit "reset web settings".

Then try another HijackThis Scanlog and see if it remains out of there.
