HijackThis log...please someone help!

Hi, I'm new here, and not very computer savvy. My dad swears by this site, and I am hoping you can help me out. The other day I opened IE and my homepage had been changed. I immediately ran SpyBot and fixed those problems. Not five minutes later, an icon in the bottom corner of my screen indicated that something was being installed to my computer. I ran SpyBot again, as well as Norton, and over a hundred spyware applications were deleted, but no viruses found. Since then, my homepage will sporadically change, applications (MS Word and IE, especially) will freeze up and stop responding, pop-ups galore keep getting past my pop-up blocker, as well as other little problems. I've been running SpyBot a lot, and it is deleting a lot of problems, but they come back and others appear as well.

Okay, I told HJT to fix those things and rebooted my computer. I followed the paths to delete the files, but they weren't there. I did a search for them, and found most of them on the computer, but not in the same place. Are these the same files and okay to delete?

Whoops, sorry. I meant to tell you where they were.
bf9yh.exe, uq5O.exe, and eber.exe are all in C:\WINDOWS\Prefetch.
I couldn't find Dqk5Y.exe & pojyd.exe anywhere on the computer, though.

You also have the peper.a trojan and will have to run the uninstaller or it will probably keep coming back.

Click on the uninst.exe and let it run. When its finished it will close itself.
