In the Internet Option window, this address has replaced my default homepage (Yahoo), and I can't get rid of it:

http://www.smart-finder.biz/1519.

Even when I'm at the above page and enter the Yahoo, or other address, it still populates the above site. I run scans and come up clean. I tried searching for it via Microsoft's search option and nothing come up. I'm sure it's imbedded somewhere. Help!!!

Run the program and let it do it's thing. Make sure to click on "Fix" and not scan only.

Then if you want post a HJT log,
Download Hijackthis.
Create a folder on your hard drive and save it there.
Unzip the file and extract it to the folder you have created.
Scan your machine, then click on Save Log.

Post a copy back here and someone will be happy to review it.

Don't make any changes until instructed to do so.
