You can fix these entries:

Boot into Safe Mode (start tapping the F8 key upon bootup)

Find this folder and delete it: C:\Program Files\Windows ServeAd

Empty the Recycle Bin

Boot back into Normal Mode

Get the latest version of Hijack This (1.99) from here: http://www.majorgeeks.com/download3155.html
