It's a Coolwwwebsearch hijacker file.

Do this:

Download LSPfix here: http://www.cexx.org/lspfix.htm

Launch the application, and click the "I know what I'm doing" checkbox.

Check all instances of cwhook.dll(and nothing else), and move them to the "Remove" pane.
Then click Finish.

Now start your computer in Safe Mode, and find and delete thec:\windows\system\cwhook.dll

Then post a fresh HJT log

DEFINATELY DO NOT "FIX" THE CWHOOK.DLL`S

Its part of ContentWatch internet protection and NOT a CoolWebSearch hijack.

Yes, they have been effective ... ;)

To lessen the load, consider installing the following for prophylaxis:

SpywareBlaster v3.0 and SpywareGuard v2.2, to prevent Active-X drive-by installations, as well as provide real-time browser hijacking protection: http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/products.html

IE-SPYAD, a registry file that adds thousands of known "sites" to the Restricted Sites of your Internet Explorer: http://www.staff.uiuc.edu/~ehowes/resource.htm
