ok first download a program called move on boot this program deletes the file before that thing that happens when you log in then once u get the fill go to system32 and make sure u click show hidden files and folders and unclick hide protected operating system content once u find the explorer.dll use move on boot and restart this should work it worked 4 me :up: :)
