Hi,

I got a German version of XP in the hopes it would work with the serial key on the English machine..... This wasnt the case.

Its pretty frustrating as it was a mate who works for microsoft got me the copy, but didnt give me a key.

Its a volume copy and i cant even find a serial that would potentially work.

Gonna ask microsoft about it but dont think they'll be willing to give me any joy on this one.

Any thoughts?
