I have a virus that norton canot get rid of. im a computer newbie. help! the virus name is

Omg Milk Dud you are here too?? Misc section on BB.com didn't help, eh? Well I'm having problems too and no one there is a computer expert. BTW, I am BeHappy, try looking back at your thread the last one about the System Restore might work.

It's not a virus, I think it's a MUD app. Try to stop it running Run|cmd then run msconfig, look on the last tab for it and uncheck it. Failing that, start windows in safe mode and you should be able to delete it
