HELP I cannot get to my IE HJT Log inside

My internet does not work. I have run spybot and ad ware but could not update since I could not get to the web. I also ran cwshredder and it found nothing. Yeaterday when my IE worked I scaned my computer with House call.

I also ran LSPfix with no luck in correcting the problem.

Any help would be great.

Download "WinsockFix" from here:http://www.tacktech.com/display.cfm?ttid=257
That should fix your internet connection.
UnZip WinsockFix.zip (Pay close attention to where the file is extracted to.)
Run WinsockFix.exe.
Click the Fix button.
This program will clean up your TCP/IP connection and rebuild the database. After the program is complete, reboot and your problems should be resolved.

Run hijackthis again and put a checkmark against these entries....double check
in case you miss anything....
.....then,close all browser and outlook windows INCLUDING THIS ONE and "fix checked"

In HijackThis,hit the "Config"<"Misc Tools"<"Delete a file on reboot" buttons.
Locate and select these files for deletion,but dont re-boot yet.

Empty the Recycle Bin.

Go to Start > Run and type %temp% in the Run box, press OK . The Temp folder will open. Click Edit > Select All then Edit > Delete to delete the entire contents of that Temp folder.

Then go to C:\windows\temp and select EVERYTHING except temporary internet files, cookies and history folders and delete all that and then do the same for C:\temp

1) Open Control Panel
2) Click on Internet Options
3) On the General Tab, in the middle of the screen, click on Delete Files
4) Check the box "Delete all offline content"
5) Click on OK.....wait for the hourglass icon to stop after it deletes the temporary internet files
6) You can now click on "Delete Cookies" and click OK to delete cookies that websites have placed on your hard drive.

Post a follow up log after.

well I did what you said and the internet worked but once I got connected several icons appeared on my desktop. I ran spy bot, ad ware and mcafee antivirus to get rid of the new stuff. I have the computer disconnected from the net at this point and will not reconnect until I get the all clear. Here is my new log.
