You've got some spy/ adware in the Scanlog. I could give you manual cleaning instructions, but I think it would be best for you to run a full, UPDATED, Ad-aware scan and have it delete or quarantine all suspect items.

Follow the directions for configuring by Winchester:

Ad-Aware Home Page and Ad-Aware 6: Reference Guide by Winchester73

After doing that and rebooting, post a new Scanlog.

Also, you have some oddball items in the Scanlog, you might be interested in this post regarding a couple of them:

edit

Look in Add/Remove programs for:

'ShopAtHomeSelect Agent'

And remove it from there and reboot. Then run Ad-aware.

http://www.doxdesk.com/parasite/ShopAtHomeSelect.html

This is a somewhat risky item to remove; if done improperly, loss of connectivity can result.
