HDMI connection to monitor "blacks out"

I am connecting my Lenovo Windows 10 laptop to my LG Ultra HD monitor through a USB-C to HDMI cable. I am using the "second screen only" projection and the screen resolution on the monitor is 3840x2160 (recommended). Whenever I use a web browser in full screen and click something, the monitor occasionally "blacks out" for a second and then comes back. This also happens with Zoom in full screen. However, when I drag it to the side and make it half screen there is no problem.

In order to understand better what we are dealing with here, please download and run the TSG System Information Utility on the affected PC, and then post the results back to this thread.

According to your log, you have THIS Lenovo Yoga 720-13IKB Type 80X6 Model 002JUS laptop which can be used in tablet mode.
It has only Intel HD Graphics 620 integrated graphics and does not additionally have a graphics card.
THIS is its on-line user guide which shows it does not have a HDMI port.

I have no experience with connecting an external monitor to a laptop.
Be patient and wait until someone else here who does replies to you.
