ive been having this problem downloading games on steam where for the first 50% of the download it downloads well then for the rest of it my hdd hits 100% on performance and completely slows down downloads is there anyway to fix a hdd bottleneck. my hdd has 240gb left and i downloaded a 25gb game and it bottlenecked halfway into download. also my ethernet spikes and i dont know if thats normal. (picture is from mid download)
